I haven't had to cancel a reservation only once or twice. But unfortunately after my most recent experience I will not be using them again.You just pay taxes and fees. So if you booked 10 nights at $100 a night, you’d have $100 towards a free night. If you paid different amounts for each night, the amounts average out with the total paid divided by 10.
