My Litter Robot won't reset. The blue light is constantly flashing. When reset is pressed the yellow light then flashes. It pinch sensor has been cleaned and they are touching. Just adding that I also encountered this red/blue alternating flashing LED along with a mixed solid green/blinking red LED on litter robot 4 and what I did was remove the globe, and cleaned around the edges that lead to the litter drawer in the litter robot housing.
