Nov 10, 2012 · two adjkustments on throttle cable, one on the etc box at thubm throttle , the other on top of carb on the two strokes, as long as there is still adjustment at both ends and you have 1/8 inch of sack at thumb throttle it is ok, choke adjustment,I cant remember if there is one on two strokes, if there is it will be towards the middle of the cable.

I recently received 2 Polaris Xplorer 300's with very low compression. One a 96 the other a 98. I tore the 98 apart and replaced the crank seals and did a top end. I also bench tested the oil pump and it worked fine. After reassembly I filled it with premix and it started and ran fine.
